Chemistry I Honors Binder Log

First Semester - First Quarter

Important: Please make sure that the log sheet prints completely.

Note: You may print this log sheet to keep in your binder or copy this log sheet on paper. As part of the log sheet, you must write in your raw score, percent, and letter grade for each graded assignment.
This is not a cumulative list, as only key assignments are retained. Students may keep older unlisted items in another place if desired.
Assignments with points can be found in the online gradebook.
Assignments marked "NA" count for points toward the binder grade only.
An assignment must be completed for the page to earn any points.

Items listed in boldface must remain in the binder for the entire school year.
